This class uses a wall, blocks, and a pillow under the knee. A chair or sofa works for balance and setup. We hold deep hip flexor and hamstring stretches for 2 minutes, then add PAILs and RAILs isometrics, building effort from 10% up to about 70% with short breaths. Expect heat and shakes. Targets psoas, quads, and hamstrings to strengthen end range and support safer, deeper front splits. Use blocks to stay square and ease intensity.
